1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Quantum Soft Tech Solutions website and associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services & Scope
Quantum Soft Tech Solutions provides custom software engineering, web and mobile app development, UI/UX design, AI solutions, and cloud architecture. Specific project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and payment structures are defined in executed Master Services Agreements (MSA) or Statements of Work (SOW).
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All custom software code, designs, and deliverables produced under a paid client agreement become the exclusive property of the client upon final payment receipt, subject to any pre-existing open-source or third-party license terms.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quantum Soft Tech Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime or improper third-party usage.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
